1. Health Issues – If you stop drinking alcohol, you will also stop the chances of acquiring diseases associated with alcohol abuse. You will cut off the possibility of having lung or kidney disease. Alcohol abuse and binge drinking can bring different illnesses that will lead to worst-case-scenario: death. It is surprising that people who knew these issues still engage in this kind of activity. Even regular drinkers or those individuals who have drinking moderately can suffer from these types of illnesses. Needless to say that prevention is better than cure and we don’t need to emphasize that you need to stop drinking alcohol now to avoid these horrible conditions.
2. Family Issues –Because of constant and continuous heavy drinking, a person might spent his time on booze and drinking buddies which eventually lead him to lack of time for the family. When he stops drinking, he will obviously have enough time to spend for family bonding events and intimate relationships.

People tend to forget small things when they are occupied by bigger issues.
